We collect information you provide directly — name, email address, and contact information when you create an account. We also collect data automatically through the platform: device identifiers, IP addresses, and app events sent by the SDK. In addition, we receive click and impression data from connected ad networks for attribution purposes.
We use collected data to provide, operate, and improve the AppTrack platform, perform attribution matching between clicks and conversions, display analytics, detect and block fraud, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data or your end-users' data to third parties for advertising purposes.
We share data with ad networks via postbacks as required for attribution, with service providers operating under data processing agreements, and when required by law. In the event of a business transfer, data remains subject to equivalent privacy protections.
Attribution data is retained per your plan's window: 7 days (Free), 90 days (Growth), and custom retention (Enterprise). Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account plus a reasonable period after closure.
Our infrastructure uses encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and regular security assessments.
You may access, correct, delete, or port your data by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management on the dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
AppTrack is a B2B platform intended for business users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Our servers are located in India. Where data is transferred internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards. Data residency options for the EU and US are available on Enterprise plans.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or the dashboard at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
