Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “AppTrack” — AppTrack.In and its mobile measurement platform.
• “Customer” — the individual or entity registered for an AppTrack account.
• “Services” — attribution, analytics, fraud protection, and related tools.
• “SDK” — AppTrack’s software development kit integrated into your app.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old with legal authority to enter this agreement. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Track users without proper disclosure and consent in your app’s privacy policy
• Artificially inflate install or conversion numbers
• Interfere with or disrupt AppTrack’s infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the SDK or platform
• Use AppTrack to track apps that violate applicable laws or platform policies
• Resell or sublicense access without prior written consent

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Free Plan

Provided at no cost, subject to usage limits (up to 10,000 conversions/month). We may modify the Free plan with reasonable notice.

4.2 Growth Plan (Prepaid)

Operates on a prepaid basis. Top up your AppTrack wallet; conversions are deducted at $0.004 per conversion. Credits do not expire. No minimum commitment or recurring charge.

4.3 Enterprise Plan

Pricing agreed separately via written order form. In conflict, the Enterprise agreement takes precedence.

4.4 Taxes

All prices exclude applicable taxes (including GST). You are responsible for taxes applicable to your use.

5. Intellectual Property

AppTrack retains all rights to the platform, SDK, and related IP. You retain ownership of your app and data. We receive a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. You are responsible for obtaining end-user consent as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppTrack’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Attribution results involve probabilistic matching and may not be 100% accurate.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AppTrack from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your app’s violation of third-party rights, or improper disclosure to your end users.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access ceases and data is retained briefly before deletion per our Privacy Policy. Prepaid balances are non-refundable on voluntary termination except as per our Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

Material changes notified via email or dashboard at least 7 days before effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
