“AppTrack” refers to the AppTrack platform available at apptrack.in and dash.apptrack.in. “Customer” means the person or entity holding a registered account. “Services” means attribution, analytics, and fraud protection services. “SDK” means the software development kit integrated into Customer apps.
You must be 18 years or older and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to: track end users without required consent and disclosure; artificially inflate clicks, installs, or conversions; interfere with the platform's infrastructure; reverse-engineer the SDK; use the Services for apps that are illegal in your jurisdiction; or resell the Services without written authorization.
The Free plan includes up to 10,000 conversions per month and may be modified with notice. The Growth plan operates on a prepaid wallet: you top up credits and conversions are deducted at $0.004 per conversion; credits never expire. Enterprise pricing is agreed in a separate written agreement. Stated prices exclude applicable taxes, which are the Customer's responsibility.
AppTrack retains all rights to the platform, SDK, and related IP. You retain ownership of your app and your data; you grant AppTrack a limited license to process it to provide the Services.
Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. You are responsible for obtaining all required end-user consents for tracking and attribution.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on Free and Growth plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTrack's total liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Attribution involves probabilistic matching and may not be 100% accurate in all cases.
You agree to indemnify AppTrack against claims arising from your violation of these terms, your app's violation of laws or third-party rights, or your failure to provide adequate disclosures to end users.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access ceases and data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. Prepaid balances are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Indian courts.
Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
