AppTrack operates on a prepaid, pay-per-conversion model. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.
The Growth plan uses a prepaid wallet. You add credits; conversions are deducted at $0.004 per conversion. Credits do not expire. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable — see Section 3 for exceptions.
No charges apply. No refunds are applicable.
If AppTrack records conversions due to a verified platform-side bug, we will investigate and issue a credit for affected conversions upon confirmation.
Duplicate payment method charges for the same top-up will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
Unused wallet balance of ₹500 or more (or equivalent) may be refunded within 30 days of account closure. Balances below this threshold are non-refundable.
Verified outage exceeding 24 continuous hours affecting core attribution features qualifies for a pro-rated credit.

We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 7 business days.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days). Where unavailable, we issue a wallet credit or arrange an alternative.
Refund terms for Enterprise customers are governed by their individual order form or contract.
Changes notified via email or dashboard at least 7 days before effect.
