Refund Policy

AppTrack operates on a prepaid, pay-per-conversion model. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

1. Prepaid Wallet Credits

The Growth plan uses a prepaid wallet. You add credits; conversions are deducted at $0.004 per conversion. Credits do not expire. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable — see Section 3 for exceptions.

2. Free Plan

No charges apply. No refunds are applicable.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

3.1 Technical Error

If AppTrack records conversions due to a verified platform-side bug, we will investigate and issue a credit for affected conversions upon confirmation.

3.2 Duplicate Charges

Duplicate payment method charges for the same top-up will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

3.3 Unused Credits on Account Closure

Unused wallet balance of ₹500 or more (or equivalent) may be refunded within 30 days of account closure. Balances below this threshold are non-refundable.

3.4 Extended Service Outage

Verified outage exceeding 24 continuous hours affecting core attribution features qualifies for a pro-rated credit.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Correctly recorded conversions you no longer wish to attribute
  • Change of mind after wallet top-up
  • Unused credits below ₹500 upon account closure
  • Credits consumed due to your SDK misconfiguration
  • Fraud blocked events (these are a feature, not an error)
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@apptrack.in with subject “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or top-up date
  • Supporting details (screenshots, error logs)

We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 7 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds go to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days). Where unavailable, we issue a wallet credit or arrange an alternative.

7. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise customers are governed by their individual order form or contract.

8. Changes to This Policy

Changes notified via email or dashboard at least 7 days before effect.
